Intent and Overview
This three-day program will consist of a series of lectures as well as live case demonstrations highlighting the surgical management of benign esophageal disorders.

General topic areas include
Management of:
•    Achalasia
•    Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
•    Paraesophageal hernias

Porcine Hands-On Surgical Wet Lab including:
BARRX radiofrequency ablation, endoscopic mucosal resection, esophageal stenting, LINX implantation, peroral endoscopic myotomy (POEM) and more

Observation of Live Surgery

Who Should Attend
This course is designed for general and thoracic surgeons, gastroenterologists, lung transplant surgeons, pulmonologists, primary care physicians, and any associated health care professionals: MD, DO, RN, PA, NP, etc., as well as allied health care professionals.
